Cisco NM-HDV Overview

Cisco NM-HDV high density and high speed is a Router Card.
This module is a voice, fax, high-density network module. This module is a member of the Cisco family, which has the ability to transmit data, voice and video, and also ensures that public and private networks operate with the highest efficiency and security. This product managements SNMP protocol compliant ,Manageable via a MIB browser , Cisco View interface for configuration, Config Maker , etc.

This module includes voice capabilities embedded in iOS software to carry voice traffic such as phone calls and faxes as VOIP and simultaneously with data traffic through MAN, LAN, WAN. Voice network modules convert telephone voice signals into a form that can be transmitted over an IP network. This product includes one or two slots for installing supported interface cards
Voice interface cards (VICs) or voice/WAN interface cards (VWICs) installed in the voice network module provide physical connections to telephone or network equipment and are connected using appropriate cables. It includes 1 x VIC/VWIC and 5 x PVDM-12.
